Painted from the North East showing the Eastern front with the 'staircase' entrance. Four large trees are visible in thecentre foreground. Several figures are discernible among the trees and around the hall. Gardeners can be observed in the centre and to the right. In the right hand-bottom corner there are detailed studis of various woodland plants, herbs etc. On the left-hand side trees predominate.
