Julia DeFabo is a curator and arts administrator whose research is centred on cross-cultural exchange.

She is currently Arts Officer (Exhibitions and Collections) at Orleans House Gallery, Trustee at the Leach Pottery and Curatorial Lead for Africa Soft Power's Climate Change Photo Prize. Previously, she was Art UK's Social Media Manager.

Julia has contributed to projects, publications, and exhibitions with organisations such as the Smithsonian Institution, the Dak'Art Biennale, and the Rencontres d'Arles. She has degrees from SOAS University of London and Bard College.
