Fukushima No. 8' from Scott's Cumbrian Blue Series. The plate was made in 2016 to commemorate the 2011 nuclear disaster when the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan was enveloped by tidal waves following the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
